Customer Service Manager
I started with Rising Point Solutions as a Regional Sales Manager in 2013 and I am currently working in our customer service department as the Customer Service Manager and Case Manager for our Premier clients.
What do I enjoy most about my job? The clients. Knowing that I am helping those in need achieve their dream of homeownership. There is nothing more gratifying than when the client has completed our program and can get into the home of their dreams.
Born and raised in Texas, I have a strong love for the big state. I’ve been married to my wife since 2014 and we have 3 children.
